I watched the tour on TV the other night, the inside was stunning! Thanks Mo for another good shot. Glad to see you are having blue skies. Bit wet & windy down under, with grey clouds. Still blue sky though.
This is beautiful. Why should these kinds of buildings be ugly? We have to see them every day, so it's a good thing when they're built to please the eye.

ReplyDeleteMust be the best looking sewer plant in the world.
ReplyDeleteSuch an ornate treatment plant. Would be an interesting tour inside. I wonder why it hasn't become an office or workshop.
ReplyDeleteThe Victorians built some beautiful utilitarian buildings - shame we can't do the same.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Hyde DP. This is so beautiful that no one would care what it really is. Why don't we still do this?!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blue sky! :D

ReplyDeleteIt does look like a church tower! Unusual for a sewer treatment plant, to say the least.
