Snowing in Oxford St

We may be in for a white Xmas. I believe it was about 10 years ago that London had a white Xmas.

  2. Great picture! A White Christmas will be fab - especially if it only happens on the days when people don't need to travel. All the parks and green spaces would look brilliant with a layer of sparkling snow and ice. Get some great shots for us!

  4. Awww.... I'm jealous! I didn't have a white Christmas when I was there last Christmas. But living in Connecticut I get a white Christmas every year, so I can't complain. Great pic!

  5. We've got enough snow for a white Christmas here, too! I love the Christmas decorations hanging over the street! Gets everyone in the Christmas mood! Cheers!

  6. We had 8" or so of the white stuff this morning. My daughter's school was closed, but I had a treacherous trip to take my son to school. I'd like it more if it was AFTER the school holiday break had started.

  8. As long as it doesn't interfere with my driving to London tomorrow, I am perfectly happy with snow! And we're having a massive chance of a white Christmas over in the Netherlands as well. I can't even recall the last time that happened!!!!

  19. I don't think this year will be a white Christmas either, but it was nice to get some snow so close to the holiday season :-)

God knows it doesn't happen often enough.
