Skywatch Friday - A walk in the Park

London is one of the biggest cities in the world yet 60% of greater London is green space. No wonder I feel squeezed in against the neighbours.
No really it makes it one of the most amazing big cities to live in.

We are being treated to lovely blue skies at present.
Make sure you visit wonderful skies around the world today courtesy of all the skywatchers.

London's parks are fabulous. I could spend all day just wandering and taking pics. You are lucky to be there, especially with all this gorgeous sunshine :o)

Too bad more cities didn't follow London's lead.

Quite a lot have good places for children to play in them too - which is really important. Places with big wide paths are vital to run and feel free on when you are otherwise confined to flats and pavements.

Lovely. I like how the tree looks like it has arms ready to stretch out and give those kids a hug.
