Dragon boat racing along Regent's Canal in Paddington yesterday. The cowgirls and Indians here won this heat.Yesterday I posted St Swithin's legend that what ever the weather on that day this would follow for forty days. It was raining when I did the post. However yesterday rained, was cold, was fine, was hot, was windy, was calm. Is St Swithin having a joke?
The Met office says its all just an old wives tale.
Perhaps, St. Swithin has lost his influence.
