Take a number 9

You can catch one of the old routemasters on both the number 9 route and the 15 route. The number 11 route, a modern bus, will take you past most of the tourist attractions.

I didn't know there were any of those still running. Thank you for that.

Bit of Routemaster nostalgia.

We have a bunch of hand-me-downs of those here in Montreal and in Toronto to give city tours! I've never been on one, but if ever I'm in London you can bet I'll hop on one!

Travelling on a Routemaster is always good fun and it is a bargain compared to a tour bus!

I sure love watching those Japanese and American tourists getting excited over them, it always brings a big smile to my face...

It's so much easier to hop on and off these things! I used to love travelling on them.

Funnily enough I spotted a whole bunch of routemasters in town this week - I'd completely forgotten that they'd retained a few on some routes...
