Mo, as you know I'm a City Daily Photo member and I've been running Avignon-in-Photos for the past 4 years. My eldest daughter Marine, 24, will be starting BPP law school on Sept 30th and is currently in London looking at flat sharing opportunities. She's seen a few places which she'd found on Gumtree, but nothing quite right yet. She's a Law graduate of Paris University and is perfectly bilingual in French & English. She's also a very organised, tidy, friendly and considerate sort of person.
Would you by any chance have any friends or contacts who could help her?
I understand my request comes out of the blue, I hope you don't find it inappropriate. I also understand you may have no contacts at all or no time to devote to this, so I won't be offended if you don't answer me.
Oh that's classic Mo, they are big parrots, what a beautiful colour they are. There's a guy who walks with a white Corella on his shoulder around our parts.
Beautiful birds! This reminded me of a time when I was working in San Francisco and I walking to my apartment one afternoon when I passed two you women walking in the opposite direction. One of the women had a back pack on that appeared to be an unusual design so I turned around to glance back as she passed and discovered that it was bird cage turned into a back pack and she was out walking her parakeets. What an unusual sight!
Wow, this is amazing! As a bird lover, I echo the sentiments said by Gemel. Also, these ARE indeed expensive & rare parrots! I wonder if their wings are clipped so they don't fly off?!
Now thats something you do not see every day! Almost as good as the New Yorker who takes his cat out on his head. Its a funny old world. Paul at Yorkshire pictures
Wonderful! I love the way his clothes send out the message that keeping parrots can be a messy, destructive business. They are beautiful birds, obviously captive-bred.

If I'm not wrong, this Blue Macaw is an endangered species.

the Brueghelfeesten are always in September but the zinnkes parade should be at least as colorful
Very cute! Those are some super pricey birds though, so he must be really sure that they aren't going to fly off on him!

Bless his heart, how lovely to see captured birds enjoying fresh air without being in a cage.
