Over a cup of coffee, conversation is likely to be about the results of the local body elections. Boris is returned as mayor in London, against the trend of a swing to the labour party across the country. Have the little people had enough of bearing the brunt of the austerity cuts of the right wing governments, and not seeing a jot of improvement anywhere?Tomorrow all eyes will be on the French Presidental elections.
I have seen Boris on TV a few times. Sarkozy will probably leave office tomorrow.
