Yikes. I was going to say that it must be amazing to be able to have such a lovely, bucolic place to live within the city of London, but the 40M pounds overwhelmed that thought. With 40M pounds, you can do pretty much whatever you want.
Gorgeous but, if I had that kind of money I'd rather have several small homes all over the world. I could probably live very well on what they pay for electricity.
