That's a great picture!As kids we ate a lot of rhubarb, it kept us on the run.
My grandmother used to grow rhubarb and make pies and sauce with it. I love rhubarb pie. When I was a kid, I used to eat it like celery fresh out of the garden.
I would love to actually "hear" it grow! Looking forward to rhubarb season here in Ontario Canada.

When my parents had a vegetable garden out back, they planted rhubarb. It's been a long time since I've had it.
