A Ray of Sunshine

No winter hasn't suddenly disappeared. I took this photo last autumn. Am laid low at present with a cold so thought a bit of sunshine would cheer me up. Nothing quite like a sunny Hyde Park to make one feel how great London is.

I pass Hyde Park every morning on the bus, and never get tired of it...

Beautiful lighting and composition. It's good to remember that the seasons come and go, no matter what. Hope you soon feel much better.

I have a (never ending) cold too and am very low now

Last spring I was jogging in Hyde Park, in a sunny and warm park. It is a nice thing to be reminded about. Thanks

Oh, look at all that sunshine. Needed a big shot of that on this cold gray day -- thank you.

Yes - that should cheer you up . . . or fill you with yearning.

I've only ever been to Hyde Park in high summer when the ground is parched and the grass brown and brittle.
